Alpha Care Pools provides weekly residential swimming pool cleaning and maintenance services in the Carrollton, TX area and surrounding communities. Services are performed on a recurring monthly basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.

All quotes provided via our website, phone, or text are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing is confirmed before service begins. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if pool conditions at the time of service materially differ from what was described.

Our standard monthly rates are $240–$300 depending on pool size and service requirements.

Monthly service fees are billed automatically via credit card on file through Stripe. By providing your payment information, you authorize Alpha Care Pools to charge your card on a recurring monthly basis for the agreed service rate.

A one-time startup fee may apply for pools requiring significant initial treatment. This will be disclosed before service begins.

You may cancel your service at any time by contacting us via text or phone at (972) 562-8258. We ask for at least 7 days notice before your next scheduled service date. No long-term contracts or cancellation fees.

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to your pool and equipment on your scheduled service day. If we cannot access the property, we will attempt to contact you. Missed visits due to access issues are not eligible for refunds.

You are responsible for ensuring any pets are secured and that any gate codes or access instructions are provided and kept up to date.

Alpha Care Pools carries general liability insurance. We are not responsible for pre-existing equipment failures, structural issues, or damage caused by factors outside our control (extreme weather, chemical imbalances present before service began, etc.).

Our liability is limited to the value of the most recent month's service fee in cases where a claim arises directly from our work.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify active customers of material changes via text or email.
